Morgan Gianni and Dr. Randy Atwood, Owners of Fashion Optical and Oak Lawn Eye Associates over ten years ago had a vision that the store would be a catalyst for change. They wanted the store to reflect their personal values and a commitment to making the world a better place for all both on a local and national level. In fact, former Texas Governor Ann Richards recognized Morgan for his leadership in developing a grassroots nonprofit organization which assisted people with disabilities! It’s therefore no surprise Fashion Optical and Oak Lawn Eye Associates “social responsibility” would not some Madison Avenue marketing gimmick but a business engaged in real actions with meaningful positive outcomes which not had impact only the local community but also the world at large.
Throughout the years Fashion Optical has donated eyewear, gift certificates and thousands of dollars to local charities.
